Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)]
Observation: No sanitizer available at the time of inspection. "Sani-stuff" quats sanitizer bottles are completely empty.
Correction: Use bleach sanitizer (use 1 oz bleach per gallon of water) @ 100 ppm. Re-order and hook up the quats sanitizer ( sani-stuff) bottles and ensure quats sanitizer is dispensed at 200 ppm ( immediately).

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Blender jugs have build-up of food debris; appear to be not throughly cleaned and sanitized.
Correction: Ensure that all blender jugs and juice jugs are washed with hot soapy water, rinsed completely and then sanitized in 200 ppm quats santiizer at least every 3-4 hours. ( immediately).
Comments

Quats sanitizer(Sani-stuff) bottles now available and are hooked up at the sink.
Quats sanitizer now tested 200 ppm.
Ensure that all utensils and jugs are washed/rinsed in the first compartment and then soaked in sanitizer solution for at least 2 minutes. Air dry all dishes/utensils after sanitizing.

Door seals on the walk-in freezer have been replaced. Good.
Walk-in freezer is in the process of being repaired; registered -3 to -4 C at the time of inspection.
All frozen fruits were transferred to under-counter freezers at the time of inspection.
Dry storage area has been cleaned and organized.
Light bulb now in working order.
Paper towels now available at the hand sinks.

The new operator must complete FOODSAFE 1 training by Nov. 25, 2019.
