Observation: Rodent droppings observed along wall underneath the handwash station and beside the walk in cooler
Corrective Action(s): Remove all droppings and sanitize affected areas. Pest control visits are currently weekly but there appears to still be ongoing issues. If the outcome does not improve, facility may be closed to ensure that business has adequate time to properly address/correct ongoing rodent issues.

Observation: As discussed with staff and owner, there are numerous gaps in the ceiling that could be providing entry points for the rodents to enter into the kitchen area.
Corrective Action(s): These gaps and open areas must be closed/sealed in order to prevent rodents from gaining access to your kitchen. As discussed, it is the business operator's responsibility to ensure that these hazards are minimized and corrected

- All coolers at 4 deg C or less
- Freezers at -18 deg C or less

- 3 comp sink present with quat available to sanitize
