Observation: Unless premises provides a written sanitation plan on how the wiping towels are to be properly laundered and sanitized after use the towels must only be used used once then discarded. Towels observed drying were discarded at time of inspection.
Correction: Submit a written sanitation plan if the premises wants to reuse the wiping towels. Most premises use a Quat based sanitizer. The wiping cloths are to be stored in the sanitizer container when not in use and the sanitzer solution changed every 2 hours.
