Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (Repeated violation) Hand washing station next to the dishwasher was obstructed with food containers in the basin. The front of hand sink was blocked by storing plastic crate, can of drinks and other items. Obstruction removed by a staff at this time.

Observation: Moderate amount of fruit flies observed in the back area (by the office) and cabinet under the water well.
Corrective Action(s): Reduce the amount of fruit fly activities on site. Improve general sanitation, especially removing standing water and syrup residue on the floor. Prepare last two months of pest control report on site for review. Correct this by: 1 week.

Observation: Observed number of bags full of empty milk bottles. The area under the water well appears to be quite wet. Possibly from water leaking.
Corrective Action(s): Remove empty milk bottles daily. Service the issue under the water well to discourage fly activity. Correct this by: 1 week.

Routine inspection conducted:
All coolers measured at 4C or less. Undercounter cooler is not in use.
Freezers measured at adequate temperature.
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 72C at the plate level.
QUATs pails measured at 200 ppm QUATs. Bleach pail measured at 200 ppm chlorine.
Ice machine satisfactory.
Staff with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate on site.

Unannounced follow up inspection to be conducted within 1-2 weeks.
