- All coolers - walk-in cooler, drinks cooler - are less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer, chest freezer and upright storage freezer - are functional
- HOt holding unit is not in use
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottle is measured at greater than 200ppm solution
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 73C during final rinse cycle at dish surface
- Food storage and equipment storage is satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
