Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One windex and two emptied sauce containers were stored inside the back handwashing station, blocking access.
Corrective Action(s): Directed operator to remove these items as handwashing stations must be accessible at all times.

Observation: Opened bag of rice stored in an undersized container with no lid. Frozen beans have no cover in the chest freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Please obtain a proper size container with tight fitting lid to store the rice. Obtain a cover for the frozen beans.

Observation: Mice droppings found by grease trap under warewashing sinks and on the floor to wall space by chest freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Please remove droppings, clean and sanitize the affected areas. Inquire pest control company for potential pest entry points and seal accordingly. Please email me service reports from last two months.
