Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station at bar did not have paper towel. Staff member placed a roll of paper towel at hand sink at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand wash stations are fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted liquid hand soap stored in hand sanitizer bottle. Staff member relabelled hand sanitizer bottle at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are labelled accordingly to avoid mix up and confusion for staff. Hand sanitizer is not a replacement for hand soap in a food service establishment. Ensure staff are aware of this and wash hands frequently.

- Glass washer had 25ppm iodine.
