Routine Inspection Conducted

Facility is used for receiving, storing and shipping pre-packaged/processed and whole foods.

Observations:
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- Freezers at or below -18'C
- Receiving area for produce and meats at 4'C
- Temperatures are monitored electronically. Alarm is activated if temperatures of coolers/freezers is not within required ranges
- Thermometer calibration is completed annually
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Areas are separated into sections (freezer, produce, dairy and meats)
- Raw and ready-to-eat foods are stored separately
- Food stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- No direct food handling or processing observed during inspection
- All packaging is observed prior to storage. Any food items with broken packaging is discarded.
