Comments

Dishwasher achieving 71 degrees C at the plate. Ensure service technician examines machine as machine has not had servicing since installation.

ITEMS CORRECTED for Health Approval:
- Liquid soap in dispensing unit installed at middle hand sink
- Installation of prep sink to middle area
- Insert cooler obtained and added to middle area / across from grill units
- Caulking added to seal in joint in walk in freezer unit as unit has settled and gap now exists

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED
- Paper towel unit to be installed at middle hand sink - ordered
- Updated floorplans with all changes that have occurred are to be submitted to FHA for final retroactive approval - current plans do not meet with last FHA approved plans dated March 2021.

Fraser Health Authority has no objections to renovations of facility. Changes have been made that are not consistent with floorplans approved by FHA March 2021. The new updated floorplans are to be submitted to FHA for file record. The changes are significant but will not negatively impact the operation of the restaurant. For any future changes/renovations/alterations ensure Fraser Health Authority is advised PRIOR to changes and seek FHA approval FIRST. FHA requirements could involve significant corrections if modifications are made to restaurant that do not comply with Provincial Regulations. It is far better to seek approval prior to changes to prevent against potential future financial repercussions.
