- Hot and cold running water available at kitchen sink and beverage area handsink. - Liquid soap and papertowels available to facilitate handwashing. - Operator advised that dishwasher and all sinks are operating properly. Water leak was repaired last night. Water leak source was due to plumbing issues. The dishwasher was not the cause of the water leak. - Dishwasher: Blomberg Model Number DW 51600 SS (C/ US UL listed) - Ensure that "Sanitize" function is used every cycle.
