Follow up inspection.
Hot water tap has been repaired and is fully functional. Good
Quat test strips have been acquired and paper checking logs printed out.
**Please include what you're testing for (200ppm) and a reminder of what temperature you should be checking at (21C)
Cleaning has been done under coat shelving rack and across from 3 compartment sink. Good
A solid, stainless steel cover has been added to the storage rack across from 3 comp sink to facilitate easier cleaning - good idea!
Milk cooler has been replaced and is now measuring 4C at product surface. Excellent.
Scoop for meat products now getting stored in ice bath. OK
How to clean your small ice machine:
Turn off (unplug) and empty ice/ water
Remove all removable parts such as ice basket and flaps
Wash, rinse, and sanitize as you would any other food contact surface
Allow to air dry
