CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Operator was able to describe how to make chlorine sanitizer from bleach.

Corrective Action(s): Do not continue to use "Vert2Go Concentrate Hard Surface Disinfectant" for surfaces of kitchen as it is not labelled as suitable for food surface use. Revert to previous sanitizers (chlorine surface sanitizers).
