Follow up inspection conducted: -Minced garlic was only in a small amount now at ambient temperatures (enough to be used up within a 2 hour period), garlic is not mixed with oil -Meat skewers in the walk in cooler were covered with plastic wrap -Cleaning has improved in the dough mixing area, no flour/debris noted around the machine -Cleaning in kitchen floor area is satisfactory, fumehood requires servicing Thank you.
