Follow-up inspection conducted.

Large containers of curries were observed to be cooling properly (<4C) lids left slightly open.
Vegetable processor and dough maker had been cleaned and was in good sanitary condition.
No rags were observed to be sitting on counters - GOOD!
All dry bins were closed and scoops were on stands.
Ice-machine (previously not in use) had been cleaned and sanitized for use.

Overall sanitation has improved.
