302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer in dishwashing sink noted 0ppm. Also noted 0ppm from dispensing system. Staff indicated concentration of sanitizer was checked this morning; however, it is not mointored in log. It appears there is a air gap in the pipe as sanitizer is not flowing up the pipe in the dispensing system. Corrective Action(s): Staff has manually add sanitizer in sink, instead of using the dispensing system. Please have technician fix the system as soon as possible. Violation Score: 5
