Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): An insert of cooked pull chicken was stored next to rice cooker on the top shelf by back door. Chicken was measured to be 26.5C.
Corrective Action(s): Discarded chicken. Operator informed that they had forgotten to put away the pull chicken which was made for lunch time. Do not keep potentially hazardous food over 4C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both buckets of bleach sanitizer were measured at 0ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain timer so that bleach sanitizer can be changed every 30 minutes and that there is 100ppm available for use.

Observation: Operator has not provided an accpetable Food Safety Plan as they change the procedure and add menu items without Health Approval. Comments to draft versions has been provided to the operator since February 2018.
Corrective Action(s): Incorporate FHA comments and ensure all procedures illustrate restaurant operation. Submit the Food Safety Plan by this Friday May 4, 2018 12pm the latest.

Follow up inspection to report F230324
Soaking noodles were not stored on the floor.
New cooler on top of dishwasher has been removed; sprouts and vegetables are stored in under-counter cooler.
Operator has ordered a commercial cooler to store vegetables. Please install a thermometer and ensure it is capable of keeping food at 4C or colder before use.
Rice cooker is plugged and rice is stored at 62C.
Meat patties were being discarded as it was the end of lunch rush.
Spring rolls were just made and were placed in the cooler.
6 orders (2 salad rolls/order) are made each time in advance and will be kept in cooler until order.

***Operator has submitted floor plans for proposed renovation to the City in February. No floor plans has been received to date. Do not make any changes to the restaurant without Health Approval.
