No potentially hazardous food items stored inside. - Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200 ppm bleach sanitizer will be used during event. - 3 compartment sink available for manual dish washing. - Clean up the dust and grease before opening. - No pest activities observed.
