Routine inspection: - Walk-in and sandwich coolers maintained at 4C or less. - Walk-in freezer at -18C. - Tapioca pearls time tracked with time written on top of the insert. - Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in labelled spray bottle. - 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. - Ice machine and ice well maintained in sanitary condition. - Temperature records maintained and available for review. - General sanitation satisfactory. - No pest activities observed at the time.
