Violation Score: 3

Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable)
Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # JELR-CFKTT2 of Jun-20-2022
Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation: Two door dairy/egg cooler air temperature is at 6C and food temperature (taken between packages of bacon) is at 6C.
Correction: Adjust, clean or service the dairy /egg cooler so that it can keep potentially hazardous foods at 4 C /40F or colder. If it cannot, then store eggs, milk, and meat products in alternate cooler at 4 C or colder and check temperatures with accurate thermometer. Note also: Ready to eat sausage in reach in cooler - Watch "freeze by" dates.
Comments

Follow up inspection.
Dairy cooler is currently being serviced. Verify that the cooler is keeping food at 4 C/40F or colder. Keep daily records of all coolers, including the cooler used to store packaged cut melons.
Reviewed options for hand washing sink that is required in the produce washing /processing area (the staff washroom hand sink is not acceptable as it is not always accessible for use if someone is using the washroom and it cannot replace a hand sink in the food processing area).
At least one accessible hand sink is required. - see above.
Update your sanitation plan to show that the sinks will be used for washing and sanitizing cutting boards and utensils.
For washing produce, wash hands first, then wash produce in sanitized/clean sink. Recommend installing a barrier between the 2 sinks.
*** Garden hose attached to hose bib on wall and sitting in water in sink: This is not a food grade hose and is used for filling the mop bucket. It does not have a backflow prevention device to protect the drinking water supply. Detach the hose OR keep the hose on a hook to provide an air gap OR install a backflow prevention device (and if hose is sitting in water used to wash produce, use a food grade hose).
Keep back door closed - see above.
Signature not required. Copy of report left with operator.
