Routine inspection conducted. No power was present at the beginning of the inspection. Power loss was approximately 1/2 hr ago. Facility has voluntarily closed due to power outage. Operator was provided with Fraser Health's information package on "Food Safety during a Power Outage".
Items in hot-holder, including 5 packages of crazy bread and one box of crazy wings, were discarded at time of inspection.
Items in prep cooler at approximately 12C discarded: two packages of cheese, all meat and sliced vegetable toppings in prep cooler
Time-controlled pizza (x5) on the trays all discarded

Manager was advised to discard products if they have been above 4C for over 2 hours. Ensure that all employees are strictly aware of the corporate food safety plan, especially with regards to products that have not met the temperature requirement above.

A follow-up inspection will be conducted on Monday.
