Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A flat of raw eggs observed at room temperature in the kitchen -temperature at 22 deg C. Worker does not recall how long they were stored there
Corrective Action(s): Discard eggs. Eggs are perishable and must be temperature controlled in the fridge at or below 4 deg C. A maximum of 2 hours at room temperature is allowed and then discarded

Observation: Downstairs cup storage room leads right into the parking garage. The double-door system has a large gap underneath that can easily permit the entry of rodents

There are many fridges at this premise upstairs and downstairs storage areas. To better ensure proper storage of perishables all fridges should be checked daily and logged to maximize the lifetime of your goods.
