Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quaternary ammonium sanitizer in spray bottle measured at above 400 ppm. 200 ppm - 400 ppm is required for properly sanitizing food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded and refilled the bottle with 200 ppm quats sanitizer. Ensure to follow manufactures instruction on dilute the stock chemical solution.
