A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CUXU8J and the following observation were made: - Potentially hazardous food were kept in 4C or lower condition - No sign of droppings - General sanitation satisfactory - Staff on site FoodSafe level 1 certified - Suggested Operator start a sanitation log on places to routinely clean and check for rodent activity - Operator reports they have tried two new pest control companies as the previous one did not provide any preventative measures, only reactive service. - Operator still in the process of finding a new pest control company who can provide preventative measures for the facility
