-Drying rack installed above 3 compartment sink -Sealing finished at floor/wall junction in walk in cooler -Cooler unit shelving has been painted -Upright freezer cleaned -Operator in the process of installing mop sink and splash guard. -Orkin will be providing pest control -Operator states handsink proximity is adequate for staff handwashing (both back of house and front of house). Accepted at this time on the condition that any future staff handwashing issues observed will result in a hand sink requiring to be installed near POS. -Operator submitting Food Safety Plan to BCCDC for chain restaurant approval. Health approval granted. Premises may begin operations.
