Corrective Action(s): Replace sanitizer supply with new bottle by the weekend. Bleach bottle avaialble in the meantime to be hooked up to dishwasher.

- Kitchen only in operation on the weekends. Bleach is available for manually sanitizing dishes/or to be hooked up to dishwasher if needed.
- Hand sink properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm in spray bottle, properly labelled
- Coolers were at 4C or colder
- Freezers were at -18C or colder
- Food storage practices satisfactory. Dry storage areas satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection, good. Hole behind dishwasher was properly sealed off.
- General sanitation is good
