Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Display cooler contents measured 9C at the time of inspection. Operator indicated that the unit was not defrosted this week
Corrective Action(s): Moved sandwiches, quiche, and cakes to a working cooler unit. ensure that all potentially hazardous foods are maintained <4C at all times.

Observation: Back of house 2 compartment sink countertop is weathered and in poor repair.
Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace the countertop and conduct a deep clean behind the grease trap as well as in the lower cupboards.
New countertop must be installed within 4 months. 2 compartment sink can be replaced with another 2 compartment sink as long as the high temperature dishwasher is kept as part of the cleaning equipment

=Undercounter barista cooler (2C), display cooler (9C), 1 door under counter cooler (1C and 0C), sliding door cooler (3C), sureshot cooler (4C) and sandwich cooler (1C) measured < 4 degrees C
=Upright freezer (-27C) and coffin freezer (-18C) measured < -18 degrees C
=Soup hot holding not available at the time of inspection
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 74.1 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution at 200 ppm QUATS and available in spray bottles
=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection, however some cleaning required underneath the coffin style freezer unit
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
