Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front worker did not know where the sanitizer cleaner was amongst the many cleaning chemicals under the sink.
Corrective Action(s): You must have your sanitizer spray/bucket ready to go for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces regularly as they are contaminated.
Keep your QUAT type sanitizer spray/bucket up top ready to use not lost under the chemicals under the handsink
