Follow-up inspection conducted:

Items corrected:
-Area behind and around cooking units have been cleaned, build-up of grease is beginning to form again. Operator mentioned it is deep cleaned every month.

NOTE: Ensure all areas around cooking units are deep cleaned more often (at least weekly) to prevent grease build-up and attraction of potential pests.

Items to correct:
-Operator has not taken Foodsafe Level 1 refresher course yet. They have mentioned that they will take the course and email the district EHO a copy of certification once it is completed.

NOTE: Complete Foodsafe Level 1 training by June 30, 2021 to ensure compliance with Food Premises Regulation (at least one person on premises must have valid Food Safety training at all times).
