- Hand wash stations (After correction) are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water
- All coolers are at 4C
- All freezer units are at -18C
- Hot holding unit is able to hold hot items at 60C
- 3 compartment sink used appropriately
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle achieves 100ppm
- No signs of pest activity
