Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bag of taro left on floor in back area under the dry storage shelving.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all foods are stored >6 inches off the floor. Manager moved bag of taro to dry storage rack.

Observation: Produce cooler shelving requires cleaning, particularly along the side railing (showed this to manager on site).

Handsink in back area equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water, and paper towels (keep the roll inside the dispenser)
-3 compartment sink in back area with bleach available to sanitize scoops
-Discussed with manager that back area needs to be maintained in an organized manner. Manager had indicated that new shipments were just received and thus there were some messy flattened boxes/cartons on the floor in the corner area. Ensure to remove these boxes and any other debris in the back area.
-Light bulbs in the back storage area have been replaced since the last routine inspection
-No signs of pests at time of inspection
