On Follow-up: -Equipment cleaning has been done. -Operator still has more than 50 seats. Your permit fee is $250. Since you've paid $150 already, you owe another $100. Have the payment ready for pick up on Friday. -Pest control company is coming in for servicing once every 2 weeks instead of monthly. Last report was for July 5th. As per work order, 5 mice were caught. Items still outstanding: -Spoke to the operator about the droppings still visible. These may be new droppings, but they need to be cleaned up daily!! Sanitation and cleanup has to be stepped up. Seal off all holes as discussed. As discussed, a follow-up inspection will be conducted on Friday. If this issue persists, a Closure Order will be issued. -Fix door handle of walk-in freezer
