Routine inspection:

Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Lower section at 3-4 degrees C. Note: handles to door changed.
Display cooler ambient air temperature at 8 degrees C. Operator stated this cooler is turned on in the morning. Do not store any cold potentially hazardous foods (e.g. yogurt and sandwiches) until ambient air temperature is at or below 4 degrees C.
Sliding glass door cooler at 4 degrees C.
Upright Danby cooler at 3 degrees C.
Small freezer at -24 degrees C.
Larger freezers at or below -18 degrees C.
Bleach sanitizer solution available for use in container. Reminder to store all wiping cloths in this solution when not in use.
Dishwasher registers 71 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
