Introduction

An unannounced follow-up inspection was completed today. The inspection is in response to contraventions identified at the routine inspection #CLAN-CKUPFM

Observed Violations
PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 11200 - CCLR s.17 - A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child.
Observation: During the inspection Licensing observed a bag of ice salt in the front entrance to the facility. The bag was open. On the back of the bag it read,"Keep out of reach of children". This is accessible on arrival and departure to the children.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to their health and safety.

Comments

At the inspection dated March 1, 2023 there were 7 children, and 1 staff was present. At this inspection the above noted contravention was identified. Please correct the above noted contravention by March 1, 2023 , unless otherwise specified in the report.
