Observation: Air bubbles noticed in Quats sanitizer dispenser line resulting in weaker sanitizer solution.
Corrective Action(s): Please contact Ecolab to repair or adjust the dispenser so that it works properly and dispenses quats at 200 ppm.
Quats dispenser must be hooked up to lukewarm water ( approx. 24 degrees C ). Please inform staff of this requirement.

*Quats sanitizer dispensed at 100 ppm. Must be adjusted to 200 ppm (Immediately)

Temperature logs are up to date. Please start monitoring and recording hot holding temperatures and
quats sanitizer levels at least once a day.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
