Observation: 1. Observed rodent droppings behind a Danby cooler in the dry storage area.
2. Observed active fruit fly activity near the back exit.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize areas impacted by rodent droppings on the premise.
2. Improve general sanitation, remove any standing water, install more sticky traps and consult your pest control company to control fruit fly issue.

Follow-up inspection to the report JGUU-CN5RUB conducted:
Regarding rodent droppings, general sanitation improvement was noted (see an exception in the violation section).
The operator contracted a company to line the bottom ~30 cm of the walls with floor tiles (marble finishes) throughout the facility. Approximately 50% of work completed. It appears to be adequate to block entry points made by rodents (e.g., holes). The operator expects the work to be completed in 3-4 days.
The operator blocked holes in the hot water tank room with cement.
Reviewed pest control reports (Jan 24, Feb 13 and Feb 27). No issues noted from these reports.
Continue to work with your pest control company to control pest activity on the premise.
