Gen - Handwashing Station stocked with hot/cold running water, single use paper towels, and liquid hand soap. - Open Sandwich cooler 1c - Closed Sandwich cooler 3c - Sandwich prep cooler 2c - 4 door under counter cooler 4c - Soup hot/holding 68c - Back Prep cooler 2c - Back freezer -19c - Walk in Cooler 0c - Walk in freezer -18c - Same Ice build up observed inside walk-in freezer - No temperature log kept. Ensure to maintain and update a temperature log. - High temp dish washer had a final rise of 83c on dish surface. - Sanitizer pail stocked with 200 ppm QUATs - Additional oven access granted - Premises may return to fall menu approved during initial Application process - Staff onsite FoodSafe level 1 certified. - General Sanitation satisfactory Note : Original dishwasher not able to be turned on due to electrical issues. Premises will be using dishwasher from the main kitchen ( 5 m from previous ) Until issue is resolved.
