Observation: Floors were found dirty and not maintained in sanitary condition. Build up of dirt/grease in corners of premises
Correction: Require proper cleaning of the premises. Remove any debris/clutter/garbage to ensure that the facility is maintained in sanitary condition.

Follow-up inspection was conducted. Refer to inspection report # TGIL-VXXBK8.

Findings:
- Floors were found clean. The facility was maintained in sanitary condition. No sign of dirt/grease build-up observed on walls, floors or corners.
- The door of walk-in cooler was sealed. The hole was filled-in with sealant and the cooler was maintained at 4C.
- No sign of pest observed. Mouse droppings were cleaned. A professional Pest Control company was contracted by facility and will be doing routine inspections.
- An updated Sanitation Plan was provided and followed.
Please email the copy of updated Sanitation Plan to Health Authority.
- A COVID-19 Safety Plan was in place. The facility is following control measures to prevent the spread of disease by having proper signage, floor marking, physical distancing, monitoring maximum occupancy limit and employee screening.
