Bagged bean sprouts display re-organized, product displayed only 1 package deep to allow product to remain at 4 C. Peeled carrots relocated to front wall produce cooler at 4 C. Side wall produce cooler display, not serviced to maintain 4 C, display unit will be used to showcase only whole fruits and vegetables that do not need to be maintained at 4 C.
