Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Main hand washing station at three compartment sink in lasagna preparation area lacked liquid soap and dispenser was broken.
Corrective Action(s): Replace soap dispenser with a working on and ensure this is always stocked to encourage good staff hygiene.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in main storage rooms on floor behind boxes of lids (under shelf with stacks of white buckets) as well as around walk in freezer at shipping receiving area. Professional pest control company in monthly and three captures were noted on last report.
Corrective Action(s): Give storage areas a deep clean, removing all mouse droppings and continue to monitor for new activity. Due: April 22, 2024

Note: Epoxy coating for resurfacing floors has been purchased and plan to recover floors is in place to be done during the summer (before end of July).

General observations:
√ Coolers ≤4°C, Freezers ≤ -18°C
√ Cooling reviewed, no concerns with process noted
√ Food up off floor ≥6”, good stock rotation noted
√ Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm in labelled spray bottles
√ Three compartment sinks stocked with dish soap, sanitizer, hot and cold running water
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
- Repair to receiving bay door noted on pest control company door and repair currently in progress.
√ Overall general sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory
√ No concerns with staff hygiene or food handling noted during inspection
