ALL ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Liquid soap replaced in staff washroom
- All surfaces cleaned and sanitized
- All remaining holes have been sealed
- Old noodles discarded
- Downstairs storage room has been organized. Items up off floor and in pest proof containers
- Junk has been removed and discarded
- Broken cooler has been repaired and is maintaining temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius during time of inspection
- Floors have been scraped of all remaining grease and cleaned of all remaining rodent droppings
- All remaining dishes have been run through dishwasher and sanitized
