Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B8UVGU.

- Front glass display cooler at 4 degrees C
- Hand washing stations unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Paper towel dispenser located at back area hand washing station is functional. No leaks were present around the faucet at this hand washing station.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available in front and back areas. Sanitizer containers and spray bottle properly labeled.
- Bagged flour noted on previous report is stored off the floor on a wire rack in dry storage area.
- High temperature measured 74 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum required temperature at the utensil surface is 71 degrees C)
- Dishwasher temperatures are recorded on a daily record sheet
