Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two small scoopers for dispensing batter for pancake puppies observed stored in standing water.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store utensils in standing water. Store utensils in clean containers or in an ice bath.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection no chlorine sanitizer detected during the final rinse cycle of the low temperature dishwasher. Chlorine does not appear to be flowing through the dispensing line.
Corrective Action(s): Service technician onsite and has replaced the squeeze tube. 50ppm chlorine detected during the final rinse cycle. Test strips available for use. Manager instructed to rewash all dishes/utensils from the morning.
