Follow-up Inspection Conducted - Refer to inspection report #SDHI-CTLSQB for outstanding violations Observations: - Dishwasher has been repaired and is measured at 75'C at plate surface after one cycle (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C - Operator stated that the parts for the gauge are on order - Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Pest droppings have been cleaned - Walk-in cooler measured at 3'C Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
