- All handwashing stations equipped hot/cold running water with liquid soap and paper towels
- All temperatures meet health requirements
* Walk- in cooler at 4C or below
* Walk in freezer at -18C
* All other coolers at 4C or below
* Hot holding unit maintaining food temperatures at 60C or above
- Bleach solution available during time of inspection, concentration at 200ppm
Note: Ensure wiping rags stored within
- High temperature dishwasher available, adequate sanitization temperature reached via hot water (74.6C)
- No evidence of pests detected during time of inspection
- PCO (Orkin) services facility on monthly, recent reports obtained, no indication of pests on PCO reports
- General sanitation of facility overall maintained

- No foods observed to be cooled improperly during time of inspection
