Observation: 1. No paper towel within arms reach of POS handsink
2. No soap dispenser or paper towel within arms reach of sushi central handsink
3. Prep sink used as handsink - toilet paper in dispenser used to dry hands
Correction: Ensure all handsinks are supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel and is easily accessible for staff. Staff must be able to properly wash their hands and be supplied everything they need within arms reach.

-Sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine with wiping cloths available through out facility
*Required to label sanitizer bottles "sanitizer" or "bleach water" in any language the staff understand
-Cardboard liners have been removed from all shelves and coolers
-Commercial vent hood has been cleaned
-General sanitation throughout facility has been improved:
1.Hard to reach areas
2. Under cooking line
3. In coolers
4. Under equipment
5. Lower shelves
6. Back splashes
7. Dry storage room
8. Outside bulk dry storage bins
-All handsinks have been supplied with soap and paper towels in dispensers
-Scoops for rice stored in ice bath
-Ceiling tiles have been adjusted to fill gaps in ceiling
-Food is covered and protected from contamination
-Food and batter is put away at night to not attract pests. Back screen door in use during inspection
-Low temp dishwasher noted with 50 ppm chlorine at the plate. Sanitizer small jug noted 3/4 full during inspection. Dishwasher appears to be in sanitary condition
