Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back of house handwash station blocked with empty cans, old towels, and hot water supply to the sink was turned off due to a leak.
This handsink was also missing a paper towel dispenser and paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all handsinks are stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water at all times. DO NOT block any handsinks for any reason.

Pizzas monitored with a 2 hour time limit, expiry time noted on pizza labels
Manual warewashing method reviewed with operator, sink plugs available for 3 compartment sink, operator must post manual warewashing procedures at the sinks
No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection, general sanitation of the facility was satisfactory at the time of inspection
