Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station in kitchen adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C. - Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle. - Dishwashing sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing. General sanitation level improved from previous inspections. However, floors require more frequent cleaning as discussed at this time.
