Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
Walk-in cooler and pizza prep cooler at 4C.
Internal hot holding temperature for samosas and pizzas were at least 60C.
Food items properly covered.
3 compartment sink equipped with hot and cold running water and sink plugs.
No pest noted
Hand washing station satisfactory.
Bleach used as sanitizer.
Observed staff members changing gloves when needed. As a reminder, ensure gloves are replaced when leaving a work station or when switching between tasks.
