Observation: 1. Packages of pita bread observed to be stored on pallet on floor. Foods should be stored 6" off floor to prevent contamination of food and to allow for easy cleaning

2. Plastic cambros observed to be stacked when wet. All equipment should be washed, rinsed, sanitized, and left to air dry before storing.
