Observation: The dishwasher is not in workign order due to water leaks. Repair has been called to fix the issue.
Corrective Action(s): In the mean time, all dishes must be washed at Brogran Family restaurant which connected through a door way to Brogan deli.
Repair the dishwasher and ensure that it reaches at least 82 C at the plate surface during final rinse. ( Immediately).

Comments

* Ensure that milk shake machine's spinning heads are cleaned every 3-4 hours ( if in continuous use) with a scrub pad or brush using hot soapy water. Rinse off the
soapy residue by spraying water followed by a sanitizing wipe ( 200 ppm chlorine bleach solution).
* Supply liquid soap at the hand sink.
* Ensure to monitor and record cooler temperatures every day.
